My dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Greetings to you and your loved ones in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I trust all of you had a wonderful and blessed Easter with your family and friends and that your lives have been refreshed and renewed as you celebrated again the Resurrestion of our Lord. I want to share with you a lovely poem I came across while doing my devotions and my sermons during the Lenten season. The poem is entitled,

"The Gosple According to You"

"There is a sweet old story translated for us
but it was written long ago.
The Gospel according to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John of
Christ and his mission below.
We read and admire that the gosple of Christ
with its love so unfailing and true.
But what do they say and what do they think
of the Gospel according to you?
Tis a wonderful story that gospel of love
as it shines in the Christ life divine,
and oh that its truth might be told over again
in the story of your life and mine.
Unselfishness mirrors in every scene,
Love blooms on every sod.
And back from its vision the heart comes to tell,
The wonderful goodness of God.
You are writing each day a letter to others,
Take care that the writing is true.
Tis the only gospel that some will ever read
That gospel according to you."

I trust that you will find some inspiration in this poem and so live your lives that your family, friends, relatives and even strangers will come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior through the Gospel according to you.

See you in church,

Romy
